Returns & Exchanges
At the Megadeth Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Music media and limited edition collectibles must remain in their original factory shrink-wrap to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a note with your RMA number. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 7-10 business days.
